Our process involves a referral and administrative review, a detailed doctor's consultation with experienced GPs located throughout Australia, a detailed report preparation, and communication of the outcome to the veteran.

Book an Assessment

Referral & Review

Veterans self-refer, or advocates refer Veterans. The request and reports are then uploaded and reviewed by the administrative team.

Consultation & Referral

The veteran books an appointment with experienced GPs located throughout Australia. The doctor may refer the veteran to additional service providers during the consult.

Report Preparation & Communication

After the doctor completes your report, they will promptly share with your advocate to submit to DVA. Your advocate and DVA will keep you updated on the outcome.
